Common use of JOINT ALLOTTEES Clause in Contracts

JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by either of the Vendors to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered as properly served on all the Allottees. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) on the basis of which the transaction has been entered into shall continue to be valid and subsisting and shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement. Waiver or limitation of any right or interest and/or any consent given by any party in this Agreement and/or any part hereof and/or in any document hereafter, shall be valid and binding and the same shall also be deemed to be voluntarily given, repeated and/or reiterated by such party subsequent to the signing of this Agreement.
