Common use of JOINT ALLOTTEES Clause in Contracts

JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are Joint ALLOTTEE all communications shall be sent by the Promoter/Developer to the ALLOTTEE whose name appears FIRST and at the address given by him/her/them which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the ALLOTTEE.

That in case there are Joint ALLOTTEE ALLOTTEEs all communications shall be sent by the Promoter/Developer PROMOTER to the ALLOTTEE whose name appears FIRST first and at the address given by him/her/them , which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the ALLOTTEEALLOTTEEs.
