Joint and Final Provisions. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, especially by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, rights related to copyright and amendment to certain laws (the Copyright Act), as amended. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date of its execution by both Parties. If the agreement is concluded in paper form, two originals are drawn up, of which each party receives one original.
