Joint and Severable Liability. (a) If the Entity is more than one entity, then the provisions of this agreement bind the entities that are the Entity jointly and severally. (b) If the Offset Landowner is more than one entity, then the provisions of this agreement bind the entities that are the Offset Landowner jointly and severally.
