Common use of Joint and Several Liability of the Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Joint and Several Liability of the Borrowers. Each Borrower acknowledges and agrees that, whether or not specifically indicated as such in a Loan Document, all Obligations shall be joint and several Obligations of each individual Borrower, and in furtherance of such joint and several Obligations, each Borrower hereby irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees the payment of all Obligations of each other Borrower. Each Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that such Borrower shall be jointly and severally liable to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent for all representations, warranties, covenants, obligations and indemnities of the Borrowers hereunder.
