JOINT AND SEVERAL NATURE OF THE OBLIGATIONS. The Borrowers agree that any and all of the Obligations of the Borrowers hereunder and under each other Loan Document shall be the joint and several obligation of each of them notwithstanding any absence herein or therein of a reference such as "jointly and severally" with respect to any such obligation.
