Joint and Several Obligation. If Indemnitor consists of more than one Person or entity, each shall be jointly and severally liable to perform the obligations of Indemnitor hereunder. Any one of Borrower or one or more parties constituting Indemnitor or any other party liable upon or in respect of this Agreement or the Loan may be released without affecting the liability of any party not so released.
