Joint and Several Obligations; Successors and Assigns. If there is more than one Guarantor, all obligations under this Guaranty are joint and several to each of the Guarantors and any other party which hereafter guarantees any portion of the Liabilities. This Guaranty will bind Guarantor and the successors of Guarantor. This Guaranty will inure to the benefit of Xxxxxx and the successors and assigns of Lender including any participants of Lender with respect to the Loan
