Joint Audit. Within 3 Business Days (or such longer periods as may be mutually agreed by CNHi America and CNHi Capital) following the occurrence of a Repurchase Event, CNHi America and CNHi Capital will conduct a joint audit of the Dealer. A written report shall be prepared immediately and signed by representatives of both CNHi America and CNHi Capital.
