Joint Collaboration Product Invention Patents. MorphoSys shall be responsible to perform the filing, prosecution and maintenance and be responsible for all of the prosecution and maintenance costs of Joint Collaboration Product Invention Patents on a worldwide basis (meaning in those countries of the world where it is consistent with the application of Commercially Reasonable Efforts (but not greater efforts) to file, prosecute and maintain them).
