Common use of Joint Creditors Clause in Contracts

Joint Creditors. Each of the Loan Parties, each of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent agrees that the Administrative Agent shall be a joint creditor (together with the relevant Lender) of each and every obligation of the Loan Parties towards each of the Lenders under or in connection with the Loan Documents and that, accordingly, the Administrative Agent will have its own independent right to demand performance by the Loan Parties of those obligations. However, any discharge of any such obligation to the Administrative Agent or the relevant Lender shall, to the same extent, discharge the corresponding obligation owing to the other.
