JOINT DISTRIBUTORS. The Parties (through the Joint Steering Committee or its appointees) intend to evaluate the possibility and need for using a Joint Distributor for commercialization of Approved Products under this Agreement for particular regions and Approved Products. If the Joint Steering Committee decides that it wishes to pursue an arrangement with one or more Joint Distributors, the Joint Steering Committee may appoint a separate committee of appropriate individuals to approach the potential Joint Distributor(s) that it has selected and to negotiate the terms and conditions for a distribution arrangement with each such entity for review and approval by the Joint Steering Committee. The terms and conditions for distribution through a Joint Distributor shall be solely as approved by the Joint Steering Committee.
