Joint Intellectual Property Committee. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall form a joint intellectual property committee (the “Joint Intellectual Property Committee” or “JIPC”). The JIPC shall comprise no more than [***] members, and shall be composed of an equal number of representatives from each Party. The Parties may allow additional employees and consultants to attend meetings of the JIPC subject to the confidentiality provisions of Section 7.
