Joint Lead Arrangers and Other Agents. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Book Runners, the Syndication Agent and the Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall not have any duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, except in their capacity, if any, as Administrative Agent or Lender.
