Joint Liability of the Borrowers. Whereas the Bank grants the Multiproduct Facility to the Borrowers in accordance with the terms of the Credit Facility Agreement, which facility, if granted individually to each Borrower, would have been granted under different conditions, each Borrower shall be a debtor jointly liable with the other Borrowers in relation to any and all obligations under the Financing Documents, according to Article 1443 et seq. of the Civil Code of Romania.
