Common use of Joint Mobile Units Clause in Contracts

Joint Mobile Units. a. The mission of the Joint Mobile Units is to provide rapid response in the event of incidents and emergency situations, in order to ensure free, unimpeded and secure movement at the junctions where they are located, as well as along their designated routes of activity. b. The composition of the Joint Mobile Units shall be similar to that of the Joint Patrols. c. The duties of the Joint Mobile Units are: 1. to monitor movement along designated roads from stationary locations on agreed junctions, from where they may patrol at random on agreed roads as directed by the relevant DCO, in which case their duties shall be the same as those of Joint Patrols; and 2. in the event of an incident involving both Israelis and Palestinians, to reach the site of the incident in order to provide assistance and to investigate.
