JOINT PURCHASERS. In the event the Purchaser constituting one or more persons (“Joint Purchasers”), then all such Purchasers shall be held liable jointly, severally and in solidum for all monies due to the Contractor in terms of this Building Agreement. The signature of any of the Purchasers will be deemed binding on all parties as Purchasers in relation to any Variations, extras and omissions or any other documentation including the Plan and Working Drawings.
