Common use of Joint Receivers Clause in Contracts

Joint Receivers. Where two or more persons are appointed to be a Receiver, the Agent may in the appointment declare whether any act required or authorised to be done by a Receiver is to be done by any one or more of them for the time being holding office and, subject thereto, any such persons may act jointly and/or severally.
