Joint Returns. Notwithstanding anything in this Article VII to the contrary, in the case of a Tax Contest related to a Joint Return, the rights of TEN and its Affiliates under Section 7.2(c) and Section 7.2(d) shall be limited in scope to the portion of such Tax Contest relating to Taxes for which TEN may reasonably expected to become liable to make any indemnification payment to TFMC under this Agreement.
