Joint, Several and Independent Obligations. The liability of each Guarantor hereunder is joint and several and is independent of the Guaranteed Obligations. A separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against each Guarantor for the full amount of the Guaranteed Obligations irrespective of whether action is brought against any Borrower, any other Guarantor or any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations or whether any Borrower, any other Guarantor or any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations is joined in any such action or actions.
