Common use of Joint Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Joint Subscribers. If two individuals, as spouses, jointly signed the Application as the Subscriber, then all the rights of the Subscriber under this Agreement shall be enjoyed and exercised by these individuals jointly during their joint lives or by the survivor in the event of the death of one of them.
