Joint Venture and Limited Liability Company Policies. If the Concessionaire or any Contractor required to obtain an insurance policy hereunder is a joint venture or limited liability company, all insurance policies required to be obtained by the Concessionaire or such Contractor shall specifically name the joint venture or limited liability company as a named insured. If the Concessionaire contracts operations to a third party, the Concessionaire will be an additional named insured on any liability policy.
