Joint Ventures etc. No Group Company is, or has agreed to become, a member of any joint venture, consortium, partnership or other unincorporated association (other than a recognised trade association in relation to which the Group Company has no liability or obligation except for the payment of annual subscription or membership fees).
Joint Ventures etc. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.26, -------------------- ------------- the Borrower is not engaged in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person, and each joint venture or partnership listed in such Schedule is a Qualified Joint Venture.

Joint Ventures etc. If, during the Employment Period, Executive is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementing of any project, program or venture involving the Company and a third party or parties, all rights in such project, program or venture shall belong to the Company. Except as formally approved by the Board of Directors of the Parent, Executive shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder’s fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the compensation to be paid to Executive as provided in this Agreement.
Joint Ventures etc. No Vaccines Group Company or Business Seller is, or has agreed to become, a member of any joint venture, consortium, partnership or other unincorporated association (other than a recognised trade association in relation to which the Vaccines Group Company or Business Seller has no liability or obligation except for the payment of annual subscription or membership fees).
Joint Ventures etc. SSLIC has no subsidiaries. SSLIC does not own, directly or indirectly, any of the outstanding capital stock of any corporation or an interest in any partnership, joint venture, or other enterprise, other than any securities held for investment purposes in the ordinary course of business.
Joint Ventures etc. Archon is not a party to, or a partner or member of, any joint venture, partnership, limited liability company, or other arrangement or contract which is treated as a partnership for Federal income tax purposes.
Joint Ventures etc. Except for wholly owned subsidiaries of Borrower as disclosed to Lender, Borrower is not (a) a general or limited partner in any partnership or a member of any Limited Liability Company, (b) a joint venturer in any joint venture, or (c) a direct or indirect owner of stock or other equity, or options or warrants to acquire stock or other equity or securities convertible into stock or other equity, of any other Person.
