Joint Ventures etc. No Target Group Company or Business Seller is, or has agreed to become, a member of any joint venture, consortium, partnership or other unincorporated association (other than a recognised trade association in relation to which the Target Group Purchaser or Business Seller has no liability or obligation except for the payment of annual subscription or membership fees).
