Joint Work Product. The Principal Document is the joint work product of the representatives of the Parties. For convenience, the Principal Document has been drafted in final form by Xxxx Atlantic. Accordingly, in the event of ambiguities, no inferences shall be drawn against either Party solely on the basis of authorship of the Principal Document.
