Jointly Provided Switched Access. When AT&T 9-STATE and Sprint jointly provide switched access services to an IXC regarding the delivery of Telephone Toll Service or Toll Free Service (e.g., originating 8YY services), each Party will provide its own access services to the IXC. The Party identified in the LERG as the Access Tandem provider for such calls will make available to the other Party appropriate billing records at no charge, and each Party will bill its own access services to the IXC. (d)
