JOURNEYMAN WAGES. The hourly minimum rate of wages for all Journeyman Painters working in Alameda, Contra Costa, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San ▇▇▇▇▇▇, San Mateo, Santa ▇▇▇▇▇, Santa Cruz, Solano and Sonoma Counties shall be paid in accordance with the attached Wage Schedule A and receive a two dollars and twenty five cents ($2.25) per hour increase to the Total Package on January 1, 2015, two dollars ($2.00) per hour increase to the Total Package on January 1, 2016 and a one dollar and seventy five cents ($1.75) per hour increase to the Total Package on January 1, 2017.

Secondly, the an- nual increase required each January 1st of this Agree- ment shall be utilized to cover any hourly cost increase in Health & Welfare. Any remaining annual increase amount that was not utilized to fund Pension and/or Health & Welfare shall be allocated by the membership of District Council 16 working under this Agreement. (d) Regular employees of each Employer shall be paid in accordance with the appropriate Wage Schedule A, which shall be determined based upon the county in which the Employer’s place of business is located (home county). Regular employees who are brought into coun- ties which are within the jurisdiction of the Union party to this Agreement but are covered under a different Wage Schedule (outside county), shall be entitled to receive the wages and conditions effective in either the home or out- side county, whichever is more favorable to such regular

The hourly minimum rate of wages for all Journeyman Glaziers working in Alameda, Contra Costa, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San ▇▇▇▇▇▇, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa ▇▇▇▇▇, Santa ▇▇▇▇, Sonoma and portions of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties shall be as follows: Journeymen shall receive a $1.50 per hour increase to the total package rate contained in Schedule A on each July 1 and each January 1 of this Agreement or any extensions thereof. 2. The hourly minimum rate of wages for all Journeyman Glaziers working in Alpine, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Del Norte, El ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, Humboldt, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, portions of Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba Counties in California: Journeymen shall receive a $1.75 per hour increase to the total package rate on July 1, 2008 and $1.00 per hour increase to the total package rate on each January 1 of this Agreement or any extensions thereof. 3. Effective July 1, 2008 and through June 30, 2011 a total of $3.00 per hour shall continue to be allocated to the Nor/Cal Pension for the sole purpose of deficit reduction. 4. Regular employees of each Employer shall be paid in accordance with the appropriate Wage Schedule, which shall be determined based upon the county in which the Employer’s principle place of business is located (home county). Regular employees who are brought into counties which are within the jurisdiction of the union party to this Agreement but are covered under a different Wage Schedule (outside county), shall be entitled to receive the wages and conditions effective in either the home or outside county, whichever is more favorable to such regular employees. Members referred directly from the Union to a specific project shall be referred at the county rate based upon the projects location. “Regular Employee” is defined as any employee who has maintained employment with the same Employer beyond the initial project referral.
JOURNEYMAN WAGES. (a) The rate of pay for Journeyman Painters working under this Fresno Area Addendum shall be pursuant to the Fresno Area Addendum Wage Schedule A (attached) and the Total Package Wage shall be increased by one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) January 1st, 2021 and shall be increased one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) January 1st, 2022 and shall be increased one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) January 1st, 2023 and shall be increased fifty cents ($0.50) July 1st, 2023.
