Common use of Judgment and Attachments Clause in Contracts

Judgment and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment, or similar process (other than those described elsewhere in this Section 7.1) involving an amount in the aggregate at any time in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which the insurance company has acknowledged coverage) is entered or filed against Borrower or any of its assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of ten (10) days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or

Judgment and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment, ------------------------ attachment or similar process (other than those described elsewhere in this Section 7.1Subsection 6.1(I)) involving an amount in any individual case or in the aggregate for Borrower at any time in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars $250,000 ($250,000) (to the extent in either case not adequately covered by insurance as to which the insurance company has acknowledged coverage) is entered or filed against Borrower or any of its assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of ten sixty (1060) days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or

Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment, or similar process (other than those described elsewhere in this Section 7.16.1) involving an amount in excess of $2,000,000 in the aggregate at any time in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance in Agent’s sole discretion as to which the insurance company has acknowledged coverage) is entered or filed against Borrower one or more of the Credit Parties or any of its their respective assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of ten thirty (1030) days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or

Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment, or similar process (other than those described elsewhere in this Section 7.1subsection 6.1) involving an amount in the aggregate at any time in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars $2,500,000 ($250,000) (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which the insurance company has acknowledged coverage) is entered or filed against Holdings, Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and remains undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of ten thirty (1030) days or in any event later than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder; or
