Common use of Judgment or Attachment Clause in Contracts

Judgment or Attachment. The entry by any court of a final judgment in excess of $500,000 against Homestead or a Borrower that is not satisfactorily stayed or discharged within 30 days from the date thereof, or any attachment of any of the Properties or any of the proceeds of the Loans that shall not be released, stayed or otherwise provided for to Atlantic's satisfaction within 30 days after the occurrence thereof; provided that in the case of a stay, Homestead or the subject Borrower, as applicable, shall have reserved for the full amount thereof.
