Judgment or Attachment. If any writ, attachment, citation, judgment, lien or distress warrant being issued against or levied on the Collateral for an amount in excess of $100,000.00 and such judgment or attachment is not vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal, paid or otherwise fully satisfied within thirty (30) days of the date it is entered.
