Judgments and Subrogation. The Indemnifying Party shall be subrogated to any third party claims or rights of the Indemnified Party as against any other persons with respect to any amount paid to the Indemnifying Party under this Article 13. The Indemnified Party shall reasonably cooperate with the Indemnifying Party, at the Indemnifying Party’s expense, in the assertion by the Indemnifying Party of any such claim against such other persons.
