JUDGMENTS; ATTACHMENT; ETC. Any one or more judgments or orders is entered against a Covered Person or any attachment or other levy is made against the property of a Covered Person with respect to a claim or claims involving in the aggregate liabilities (not paid or fully covered by insurance, less the amount of reasonable deductibles) in excess of $2,500,000, becomes final and non-appealable or if timely appealed, collection thereof is not stayed pending the appeal.
