Common use of Judgments/Bankruptcy Clause in Contracts

Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Buyer, there are no judgments against Seller or, to Seller’s Knowledge, Guarantor or Pledgor unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Insolvency Event has ever occurred with respect to Seller, Guarantor or Pledgor.

Judgments/Bankruptcy. Except as disclosed in writing to Buyer, there are no judgments against Seller or, to Seller’s Knowledgeknowledge, Guarantor Guarantor, Pledgor or Pledgor any Affiliated Originator unsatisfied of record or docketed in any court located in the United States of America and no Insolvency Event has ever occurred with respect to Seller, Guarantor Guarantor, Pledgor or Pledgorany Affiliated Originator.
