Judgments, Etc. Borrower shall not allow any judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of the aggregate sum of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00), excluding amounts with respect to which an insurance carrier admits full coverage (except for applicable deductibles), to remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded in full or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days, unless execution thereof is stayed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
