Judgments; Liens. The Agency shall not permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment, attachment or execution (a) against any Housing Set-Aside Amounts, Subordinate Housing Set-Aside Amounts or any of the Housing Set-Aside Accounts, or (b) otherwise against the Agency and that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, that in any such case is not discharged or stayed within 30 days of entry.
