JUDICIAL APPROVAL AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT. This Settlement Agreement shall be subject to approval of the Bankruptcy Court, which approval may be granted in the same order approving the Plan of Reorganization or in a separate order. The Debtors shall promptly seek approval of this Settlement Agreement under Bankruptcy Rule 9019 or applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Rule 9019 Motion”).
