Common use of JUDICIAL APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

JUDICIAL APPROVAL. 36. The settlement reflected in this Settlement Agreement shall be subject to approval by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9019. ASARCO shall move promptly for court approval of this Settlement Agreement and shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such approval.

JUDICIAL APPROVAL. 36108. The settlement reflected in this Settlement Agreement shall be subject to approval by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9019. ASARCO Debtors shall move promptly for court approval of this Settlement Agreement and shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such approval.
