Judicial Enforcement. In the event of a breach or violation of any provision of this Article 5 by Executive, the parties agree that, in addition to any other remedies it may have, the Company shall be entitled to equitable relief for specific performance, and Executive hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Company has no adequate remedy at law for the breach of the employment covenants contained herein.
