Common use of Judicial Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Judicial Enforcement. The parties agree that judgment on any arbitral award issued pursuant to this Article 14 shall be entered in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or, in the event such court does not have subject matter jurisdiction over the dispute in question, such judgment shall be entered in the Superior Court of the State of California, in the County of San Mateo.
