Common use of Judicial Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Judicial Interpretation. 34.1 Should any provision of this License require judicial interpretation, it is agreed that the court interpreting or considering same shall not apply the presumption that the terms hereof shall be more strictly construed against a party by reason of the rule of construction that a document should be construed more strictly against the party who itself or through its agent prepared the same, it being agreed that all parties hereto have participated in the preparation of this License and that legal counsel was consulted by each responsible party before the execution of this License.
