Common use of Judicial Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Judicial Interpretation. Should any provision of this Agreement require judicial interpretation, it is agreed that the terms of this Agreement will not be more strictly construed against the party who prepared this Agreement, it being further agreed that each party has participated in the negotiation of this Agreement and was given sufficient opportunity to consult legal counsel before the execution of this Agreement.
