Common use of Judicial Modification and Severability Clause in Contracts

Judicial Modification and Severability. If a court determines that any provision of this Agreement is invalid, then Premier and I request that the court “blue-pencil” or otherwise modify such provision in order to render the provision not invalid and enforce the provision as modified. In such a case, all other provisions contained in this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In addition, each provision of this Agreement is severable from each other provision.
