Common use of Judicial Proceedings by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Judicial Proceedings by Trustee. Upon the occurrence and continuance of an event of default (as defined in Section 6.01) the Trustee may, and upon the written request of the owners of at least twenty-five percent (25%) in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds then outstanding and receipt by the Trustee of indemnity satisfactory to it shall, institute any actions or proceedings at law or in equity for the collection of any amounts then due and unpaid on the Company Note, and may prosecute any such action or proceeding to judgment or final decree, and may collect in the manner provided by law the moneys adjudged or decreed to be payable.
