JURISDICTION DISPUTES RESOLUTION. 8.01 Any jurisdictional dispute between the Union and any other Building and Construction Trade Union that involves any work undertaken by an Employer will in no way interfere with progress and prosecution of the work and shall be settled in accordance with the plan pursuant to the Labour Relations Act, Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1995 as amended.
