JURISDICTION, LEGAL COSTS AND INTEREST. 10.1 The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court pursuant to section 45 of the Magistrates' Courts Act, No 32 of 1944, or any amendment thereof. The CONTRACTOR shall, however, have the right at its sole option and discretion to institute proceedings in any other competent court.
