Schedule 5.20 lists each Loan Party’s jurisdiction of organization, legal name and organizational identification number, if any, and the location of such Loan Party’s chief executive office or sole place of business, in each case as of the date hereof, and such Schedule 5.20 also lists all jurisdictions of organization and legal names of such Loan Party for the five years preceding the Effective Date.
