Jurisdiction of Organization; Offices. Each Loan Party’s jurisdiction of organization is correctly set forth after its name in the preamble to this Agreement. The principal places of business and chief executive office of the Borrower is located at the addresses set forth on Schedule 6.1(n), and the offices where the Servicer and the Borrower keep all their Records and material Contracts are located at the addresses specified in Schedule 6.1(n) (or at such other locations, notified to each of the Co-Agents in accordance with Section 7.1(f), in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 8.5 has been taken and completed).
