Common use of Jurisdiction Service of Process and Venue Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction Service of Process and Venue. (a) Each party hereto hereby agrees that any suit, action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement, any Note, any Swingline Note, the other Loan Documents or any judgment entered by any court in respect thereof may be brought in the courts of the Province of Alberta; and each party hereto hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such suit, action, proceeding or judgment. Each party hereto further submits, for the purpose of any such suit, action, proceeding or judgment brought or rendered against it, to the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction of its domicile.
