JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS. This Award shall be subject to any terms and conditions for your jurisdiction set forth in the Addendum attached hereto. Moreover, if you relocate to any of the jurisdictions included in the Addendum, the terms and conditions for such jurisdiction will apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Addendum constitutes part of the Performance Unit Award Agreement.
