JV Participants and percentage interests. (a) The percentage interest of the JV Participants in the Joint Venture will be as notified by the Access Holder to Aurizon Network from time to time, in accordance with this Agreement. (b) As at the Commencement Date, the respective percentage interests of the JV Participants in the Joint Venture are as specified in item 7 of Schedule 1.
